The sophisticated laboratory is fully equipped to accurately test air flow measurement, thermal, particles and controls components such as commercial and lab air terminal units, dampers, air devices, air distribution, flow measurement devices, sensors, ductwork/transitions, hydronic and electric thermal transfer units, controls components such as controllers, actuators, transducers, sensors, air purification, indoor air quality sensors and accessories over a wide dynamic spectrum. The laboratory can perform several tests with different products simultaneously with real time video data logging and performance data cataloguing, resulting in accurate, expedited testing results. The laboratory can perform air quality, particle testing for air purification devices including air quality, ozone and ionization levels measured in the duct work and directly in the room’s breathing zones. 

The Laboratory includes an accredited pressurized acoustical sound chamber with (2) of the (4) automated air flow stands, each discharging and exhausting into the pressurized room. All our equipment is calibrated at the end of each test and features automated software. This allows for expedited testing with consistent and accurate results over a wide dynamic range without tearing down the test assembly. 

This facility ensures the highest standards in cutting edge testing capabilities. Testing capabilities include industry standards, mockups, and the ability to simulate field conditions with ductwork and transitions for both supply with hydronics and exhaust tracking pairs.
